There are few things that will make you lose 'kudos' faster than an insincere romantic pick up line. Insincerity can be heard, felt, smelt, observed and quickly left behind.
Anyone who compliments a person insincerely sounds false because it comes out not only in the voice but in the facial expression, the eyes and the person giving the compliment's whole body language reeks of dishonesty. The 'smell' stinks.
This is another occasion when Grandmas advice of "If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all" is priceless. Talk about the weather, or whatever is happening around you but unless you really, really mean the compliment, don't bother saying it.
But if you think she has nice hands, then it's nice to tell her so. If a girl thinks a guy has nice hands too it's good to say so sincerely. Women notice men's hands the same way men notice women's hands. Hands in a relationship are important. After all, the hope is that one day those hands will be fondling you so if they look rough or uncared for then they may not be so nice to have on your body. There are heaps of nice things that you may notice about your new friend and so long as the compliment is sincere it is a romantic pick up line.
It is these romantic pick up lines that we all remember sitting on that porch in a rocking chair. Make them worth remembering so that your compliment will last a lifetime
